The cabinet body of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet/DC speed control cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form, and the frame is locally welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are matched by the steel point production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20 installation holes, with a high universal coefficient;
Fully considering the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet;
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the "golden ratio" method is used to design the cabinet shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous;
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a hinge type movable chain, making installation and disassembly convenient. The folded edges of the door are embedded with a "mountain" shaped rubber strip. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door;
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with rolling screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet;
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
