Terms of Use

◆ Altitude not exceeding 2000m;

◆ Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃;

◆ Relative humidity: At 25℃, the daily average value should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value should not exceed 90%;

◆ Installation location: Locations free from fire and explosion hazards, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, and severe vibrations. If the above conditions are not met, users may consult with our company.

Features and Characteristics

◆ High-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, low-voltage switchgear, electric energy metering equipment, and reactive power compensation devices are combined according to a certain scheme, exhibiting strong completeness as a set;

◆ It boasts perfect high and low voltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation, and simple maintenance;

◆ It covers a small area, requires low investment, has a short production cycle, and is easy to move;

◆ The wiring scheme is flexible and diverse;

◆ Unique structure: The unique honeycomb-like double-layer (composite board) shell is sturdy, heat-insulating, yet dissipates heat and provides ventilation. It is aesthetically pleasing and offers a high level of protection. The shell materials include stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel, color steel plate, and cement with tile;

◆ The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a network automation terminal (FTU) to achieve reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase grounding faults, featuring "four remotes" functionality, facilitating the upgrade of distribution network automation.

transformer

The intelligent integrated substation selects low-loss, oil-immersed, fully enclosed S11 and S13 series transformers, or resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers. The bottom can be equipped with a trolley, allowing the transformer to be easily moved in and out.

high-voltage side

The high-voltage primary circuit of the intelligent integrated substation adopts load switch-fuse combination protection. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three phases will trip in unison. The load switch can be selected from pneumatic, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, and other types, and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automation upgrades. The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which ensures reliable operation and high breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers above 800KVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28, and VS1 can be selected for protection.

low-pressure side

The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; the outlet switch selects a new type of molded case switch, which is small in size and has short arcing, with up to 30 circuits; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has two switching modes for users to choose from: contactor and contactless.
